The Quiet is intentionally small, with just 12 guests across the private houses and cabins at Carawirry Forest Escape.

Every accommodation option includes the full five- day retreat, all meals, daily meditation, Qi Gong, Yin Yoga, dharma teachings, forest bathing and one private 30 minute session with Em.

A $500 non-refundable deposit secures your room once your application is accepted.

best for complete privacy

The Nook is the most secluded accommodation at Carawirry, tucked away from the main retreat spaces with its own forest outlook, warm timber interiors and a private place to fully retreat at the end of each day.

This is ideal for someone who wants the deepest sense of privacy and stillness throughout the retreat.

TATHRA HOUSE

best for being close to the heart of the retreat

Tathra House is spacious, warm and connected to the main rhythm of the retreat. It is a beautiful choice if you like being close to the shared spaces while still having a quiet room to retreat into when you need time alone.

Floor- to - ceiling windows look out into the trees, and the house has its own pool and generous communal areas.

best for something private and deeply immersed in the forest

The Tree House sits high in the canopy and feels entirely held by the forest.

It has it’s own deck, beautiful timber interiors and two freestanding baths looking directly into the trees, This is a wonderful choice if you want something a little more private and unusual without feeling disconnected from the retreat.

The Cottage is generous, warm and beautifully settled into the land around it.

It has soaring timber ceilings, large King bedrooms, a forest deck and private pool, making it ideal for someone who wants comfort and space while still feeling completely immersed in the natural setting.

It has two Queen Bedrooms, its own deck and a private wood-fired spa, making it a beautiful choice for someone who wants a peaceful space to return to at the end of the day.

How payment works

Once you’ve completed your application, you’ll be redirected to pay your $500 non-refundable deposit. Your place is secured once both your application and deposit have been received.

In the unlikely event that your preferred room has already been allocated, we’ll be in touch as soon as possible to discuss the available alternatives. If there isn’t another room that feels right for you, we’ll refund your deposit immediately.

The remaining balance is then paid in three equal instalments before the retreat begins.

After your deposit has been received, you’ll receive an email outlining your balance payment scheduled and what you will need to bring along with you. An invoice will be issued for each instalment, and payments will be automatically charged to your nominated payment method on the due dates, so there’s nothing further for you to remember.

The Quiet is a small and intimate retreat, so I simply want to understand who is coming into the space and make sure the retreat feels right for you.

Answer honestly and gently. There is no perfect response.

I personally read every application within 24-48 hours. Once you have submitted your application and paid your deposit, I’ll confirm your room via email. In the unlikely event that your preferred room has already been allocated, I’ll be in touch to discuss the available alternatives. If there isn’t another room that is right for you, I’ll refund your deposit immediately.
