Mark and Em personally read through your application, and over the next 24-48 hours and be in touch to confirm your room. It’s important to them that everyone who joins Vitality Rising feels genuinely supported from the very beginning.

In the unlikely event that your preferred roo has already been allocated, they’ll contact you to talk through the available alternatives. If there isn’t another room that feels right for you, they’ll arrange an immediate refund of your deposit.

Once your place has been confirmed you will receive a welcome email with everything you need to know, including your remaining payment schedule. An invoice will be issued for each of the three instalments, and your nominated payment method will be automatically charged on the due dates, so you won’t need to remember a thing.
