THE KARMA SHED
The inner work you’d normally only do one-on-one
An 8-week live course
Tuesdays | 6:30–8:00pm
Starts 17 February (Year of the Fire Horse)
Limited to 30 participants
This is not about “good karma”.
It’s about understanding how your patterns are formed, why they repeat, and how to meet them with clarity instead of force.
Karma isn’t punishment.
It isn’t fate.
It’s momentum.
And when that momentum is unconscious, we keep ending up in the same places — emotionally, relationally, internally — wondering why insight alone doesn’t seem to change much.
The Karma Shed is an eight-week live course that offers the kind of investigative inner work people usually only access in private sessions.
It’s slow, intelligent work.
And it changes things.
What this work is really about
In many wisdom traditions, karma describes how life moves through us in order to teach, mature, and refine us.
When we understand that movement, growth can be challenging but clean.
When we resist it — by avoiding, forcing, bypassing, or trying to sidestep what’s arising — growth doesn’t stop, but it binds.
That binding is what we experience as struggle.
This course isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about understanding what’s been happening — and learning how to meet it differently.
What we’ll explore
Over eight weeks, we’ll work with:
Karma — how cause, condition, and choice shape experience
Saṃsāra — the loops we live inside
Saṃskāra — the grooves beneath behaviour
The 8 Worldly Dharmas — gain/loss, praise/blame, success/failure, pleasure/pain
The 5 Hindrances — the mind’s most common ways of obscuring clarity
This isn’t abstract philosophy.
It’s lived psychology — applied to real life.
If you’ve been considering working with me
This course was created for people who have been circling deeper work.
If you’ve thought about one-on-one sessions but weren’t sure where to begin — or whether that level of inquiry was right for you — The Karma Shed is the place to start.
It uses the same investigative framework I bring to private work, held within a structured, supported group container.
You won’t be analysed.
You won’t be managed.
And you won’t be given answers to adopt.
You’ll be guided into understanding the patterns shaping your experience and the ways resistance quietly drains momentum.
Why the Year of the Fire Horse?
Fire Horse energy is fast, expressive, passionate, and decisive.
Without awareness, it burns out.
With direction, it moves things forward.
This course is designed to be a container — so momentum becomes purposeful, not scattered.
How the course works
Live weekly sessions (90 minutes)
Teaching, inquiry, discussion, and integration
Weekly homework — practical, reflective, and doable
Ongoing encouragement to apply the work in daily life
This is not passive consumption.
It’s participation.
A small, intimate group — by design
This is not a large online program.
Spaces are intentionally limited to 30 participants so the work can stay personal, interactive, and grounded.
We don’t only learn through our own reflection — we learn by hearing how patterns move through others, often recognising our own lives in the process.
There is space to speak, listen, and contemplate together.
You are never required to overshare — but you are invited to engage.
What you’ll gain from this work
By the end of the eight weeks, you will have:
A clear framework for investigating inner patterns
Language for understanding karma as momentum, not destiny
Tools for recognising where energy becomes bound
The ability to interrupt unconscious loops without force
Greater steadiness in uncertainty and emotional charge
A clearer sense of direction — not because life is easy, but because you know how to meet it
This work doesn’t remove challenge.
It removes unnecessary struggle.
This course is for you if:
You notice repeating emotional or relational patterns
You’re tired of insight without integration
You want practical tools for real inner work
You value grounded spirituality over bypass
You’re willing to look honestly, without self-attack
This course is not for you if:
You’re looking for quick fixes
You want someone else to tell you who to be
You’re not ready to take responsibility for your responses
